Q: Is the testing done on a computer or paper?

Q: Can the evaluation be done through telehealth?

A: We do offer face-to-face services, but in some exceptional cases, telehealth is available. Please contact our office to discuss your specific needs and determine if telehealth is an appropriate option for your evaluation.

Insurance and Payment

Q: What insurance do you accept?

A: We accept a variety of insurance plans. Please contact our office to verify if your specific insurance is accepted.

Q: What if my insurance is out-of-network?

A: If we are out-of-network with your insurance provider, you can still receive services from us. You will be responsible for paying for the services upfront. We can provide you with a superbill, which you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. Reimbursement depends on your individual insurance plan and coverage.

Q: How do I get reimbursed for out-of-network services?

A: After paying for the services, you will receive a superbill from us. Submit this superbill to your insurance company along with any required forms. Your insurance company will review the claim and determine the amount of reimbursement based on your plan's out-of-network benefits.
