At the Psychology & Developmental Clinic,

we strive to make our services accessible and convenient.

We accept insurance providers, including Aetna PPO,

Cigna (excludes Allegiance), Blue Cross Blue Shield,

Optum (excludes OSCAR), and United Healthcare PPO.

Insurance coverage for neuro/psychological testing is often limited. Evaluations exceeding these limits may require out-of-pocket payment for the additional testing time. Please note that learning disorder (academic) testing is not covered by insurance.

We're happy to assist you in understanding your insurance coverage. However, for the most accurate and up-to-date information about your specific mental health benefits, we recommend contacting your insurance provider directly.

For those with PPO plans, we also offer out-of-network

options with potential reimbursement rates of 50-80%.

SELF PAY

We believe everyone deserves access to high-quality psychological and neuropsychological services. We understand that insurance limitations can create barriers to comprehensive testing. To address this, we offer a self-pay option, providing greater flexibility and access to our specialized assessments. This allows us to offer a wider range of testing options and dedicate the necessary time to each individual's needs. Contact us to discuss our self-pay rates and how we can tailor an assessment to meet your specific requirements.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express for easy payment.

Upon scheduling your last testing session, full payment will be required. Subsequently, we will provide you with a monthly statement that can be submitted to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.
