Dr. Melisa Flores Ruiz, Psy.D., is a bilingual (Spanish-English) neuropsychologist in Florida.

She has a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from Ponce School of Medicine and Health Sciences. She has specialized training in clinical neuropsychology with over ten years of experience.

Dr. Melisa Flores-Ruiz provides psychological and neuropsychological evaluations for individuals of all ages—including children, adolescents, adults, and older adults—to clarify diagnoses and guide effective care.

Her specialized expertise includes the assessment of ADHD, autism spectrum disorder (ASD), learning disorders, developmental delays, mild cognitive impairment (MCI), dementia (including Alzheimer’s disease), multiple sclerosis, epilepsy, and traumatic brain injury (TBI).

Dr. Flores-Ruiz also offers insight into women’s health and hormonal transitions, including perimenopause and menopause-related mood and cognitive changes, bringing a compassionate and informed perspective to these often-overlooked areas of mental health.
