Private-Pay Fees

Intake/Initial Consultation: $200

Psychotherapy: $180 per session

Bariatric Psychological Evaluations: $450

Pain Management Evaluations: $500

Learning Disability: Starting at $1,500

ADHD Evaluations: Starting at $1,800
Autism Evaluations: Starting at $2,500

Evaluation fees may vary depending on your individual needs and the scope of testing. We will discuss the expected services and costs with you before beginning your evaluation.

Insurance & Out-of-Network Benefits

We accept select insurance plans, including Aetna, Cigna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Humana, Optum, and UnitedHealthcare.

Coverage and authorization requirements vary by plan, particularly for psychological and neuropsychological evaluations. Our team can help you review your benefits and understand your options.

If you have out-of-network benefits, we can provide documentation for possible reimbursement when applicable. Reimbursement is determined by your insurance plan and is not guaranteed.

Your Right to a Good Faith Estimate

If you are uninsured or choose not to use your insurance, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of your expected healthcare costs under the No Surprises Act.

We provide Good Faith Estimates in accordance with federal requirements. You may also request one before scheduling an appointment.
